Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ph996. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and ph996 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing the ph996 website, downloading the mobile application, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active ph996 account. Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances.

When you register, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. ph996 reserves the right to request supporting documents — such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, or a selfie — to complete identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or at any point we deem necessary.

• Valid ID: Accepted government-issued IDs include Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, PhilHealth ID, and Voter's ID.
• OTP verification: Your registered mobile number will be used for one-time password (OTP) verification during login and key account actions.
• Email confirmation: A confirmation link will be sent to your registered email address to activate your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. ph996 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on ph996 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals. Your account balance is displayed and maintained in PHP at all times.

ph996 supports Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya as payment methods. Available payment channels may be updated from time to time. Check the platform for the current list of supported methods. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or withdrawals on ph996.

• Deposits: Funds deposited to your ph996 account are available for wagering once the transaction has been confirmed by the payment provider.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is released.
• Processing time: ph996 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly. Actual transfer times depend on the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.

Betting Rules

Casino & Games Rules

All casino games and slots available on ph996 — including live dealer tables, slot titles, eBingo, and online poker — are governed by the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface. By launching any game, you confirm your acceptance of those game-specific rules.

• Live casino: Live dealer games stream in real time. Once a round has commenced and bets have been accepted by the dealer or system, they cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Slots and instant games: All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. ph996 does not alter game outcomes.

Account Security

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• At the player's own request — for example, as a responsible gaming self-exclusion measure.

You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting ph996 support. If your account is closed in good standing and following verified identity, any remaining balance in PHP will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph996's total liability to you in respect of any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph996 account in the thirty (30) days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

ph996 is not liable for any of the following:
